Research on smart agriculture facilities using ICT to control growing environments. Drawing on Nonghyup smart farm projects, we research BIM-integrated simulations for equipment layout optimization and solar/thermal energy efficiency.
공장에서 건물의 주요 구조물과 내외장재를 유닛(Unit) 형태로 70~80% 이상 사전 제작한 후 현장에서 조립하는 스마트 프리패브 공법입니다. BIM의 디테일한 3D 설계를 활용하여 모듈 간 정밀 접합부를 설계하고, 제작 오류를 방지하며 현장 조립 공기(工期)를 단축하는 제조 기반 건축(DfMA) 솔루션을 연구합니다.
A prefab method constructing 70-80% of unit structures in factories before assembling them on site. We focus on DfMA (Design for Manufacture & Assembly), modular joints precision control, and onsite project schedule reduction using BIM.
